Kenneth (Ken) R. Philbrick III

CPA, MBA, Partner

Ken Philbrick is a Partner at Adam James International. Ken specializes in conducting retained search assignments for executive level finance and accounting positions including: Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, Chief Accounting Officer, Controller, Treasurer, Director or Vice President of Investor Relations and Finance Director. Ken has active relationships with over 30 private equity firms and their portfolio companies. He also works closely with Fortune 500 companies to recruit senior financial executives.

Ken joined Adam James International in 1997 shortly after the company was founded in 1996. Prior to working for Adam James International, he was an external auditor for Deloitte & Touche. He has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Daniels College of Business at The University of Denver and is the former Chair of the Daniels College of Business Alumni Board. Ken is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado. Ken serves as a member of the Board of Advisors for ACE Scholarships and Denver Young Life.

Warren Nadolsky

CPA, Partner

Warren Nadolsky is a Partner at the Denver office of Adam James International. He founded the company in 1996 and has been involved in the start-up of several staffing related organizations, including practices in accounting/finance, information technology, light industrial and sales/marketing. Warren currently oversees the strategic direction of Adam James International and its sister company, Carter Mackenzie International. He also provides consulting services to start-ups and small business and serves on a number of advisory boards.

Prior to working for Adam James, Warren worked as a manager in the audit practice for Deloitte & Touche. Warren is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado and has a Bachelors of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from The University of Iowa.

Amy Miller

Principal

Amy is a Principal at Adam James International. She leads senior-level finance, accounting, operations, general management and business development engagements across various industries. Specifically, Amy has focused on energy, manufacturing/industrial, and professional and financial services customers ranging from start-up/private equity owned smaller companies to Fortune 100 organizations. Amy is responsible for both business development and the oversight of retained search strategy, management and execution. She adds value to every search by consistently developing strong partnerships with clients and executives within her network to ensure successful placements.

Amy has more than 20 years of recruiting experience. She was a corporate recruiter early in her career with leading companies such as Goldman Sachs and 5th/3rd Bank. Amy also founded Barron Search, a Denver-based boutique search and consulting firm, with a focus on the financial services, high tech and manufacturing industries. In 2013 Amy joined Adam James International to lead retained search engagements for the firm’s general management and operations practice. She has a BA in Organizational Psychology from Miami University in Oxford, OH.

Dudley W. Morton

Principal

Dudley is a Principal at Adam James International. Dudley joined the firm in January 2016 and is responsible for leading the firm’s operational and management retained search practice. Dudley assists his clients by identifying senior level executives that improve bottom line performance and fill key leadership needs.  Dudley also leverages a vast network and fourteen years of experience in the Denver legal community to assist corporations and law firms in adding top level legal talent.

Early in his career, Dudley served on Senator Hank Brown’s staff in the United States Senate in Washington, D.C. Following Senator Brown’s retirement, Dudley worked for DHR International in Chicago, one of the world’s largest executive search firms.  While at DHR, Dudley placed senior level executives in Fortune 500 companies.  Dudley received his BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver College of Law.  While in private practice, he worked with his clients in areas including general corporate matters, litigation, bankruptcy, and structured settlement transfers.  Dudley serves on the board of The Challenge Foundation and the Heart and Hand Center for Youth and Their Families and is a Founding Member of the Good Wood Club – a group of like-minded, ambitious, community-oriented folks dedicated to being better at work and at home and to building a better Denver.

Ellen Boade

Principal

Ellen is a Principal for Adam James International. She is responsible for account management of retained searches overseeing search strategy and execution.  Ellen has over 25 years of experience in executive recruitment, consulting, banking and entrepreneurial business ownership. She started her career in management consulting with KPMG and then Cresap. After graduate school, Ellen moved into corporate finance with Citicorp in Dallas and New York.  She later became a founding partner for a private equity-backed internet company.

Ellen began her career in retained recruitment with Spencer Stuart in Dallas, where she placed executives into national operational and technical leadership roles. She later founded and operated Boade Advisors, a Denver-based retained search firm for seven years. In 2013, Ellen joined Adam James International focusing on senior level searches for global publically traded companies, private equity portfolio companies, as well as privately-held entities. She works with clients across various industries with a focus on the manufacturing, industrial, consumer goods and financial services sectors.  Ellen holds a B.A. from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

William (Bill) D. Rowe II

Chairman and CEO - Rowe Global, LLC

Founder and Chairman & CEO of Rowe Global. Previously, served as Vice Chairman and a founding partner of Pearson Partners International. Prior to Pearson, he served as the Managing Director of the Dallas practice of Foster Partners, a global retained executive search firm formerly known as KPMG Executive Search and later spun off as an independent company. After 10 years with Foster Partners, Bill merged the Southwest practice of Foster Partners with Bob and Keith Pearson’s business in 2002 to form Pearson Partners International. Bill began his career in retained executive search as a research analyst with Paul R. Ray and Company. Earlier in his career, he provided market research and competitive analysis information to determine market vibrancy for de novo bank formations for an Atlanta-based banking services company.

Bill is on the board of directors of the business advisory firm Catapult Partners, and has served on the board of the Dallas chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization. He is alumni chair and a member of the board of directors of the SMU Club Lacrosse Program, and a life member of the Dallas Safari Club. He authored a chapter titled, "A Force of Integrity within the Corporate World" in the recent book, Best Practices for Executive Search Firms: Leading Executives on Developing Benchmarks, Evaluating Potential Candidates, and Helping Clients Succeed (Aspatore Books, 2007). Bill earned a bachelor's degree in history from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
